2. Definitions

Client: The individual or entity who engages the services of Bedaززled.

Services: The event planning, management, and execution services provided by Bedaززled.

Agreement: The contract between Bedaززled and the Client for the provision of services, incorporating these Terms and Conditions.

3. Services

Bedaززled provides a range of event planning and management services, including but not limited to corporate events, private parties, weddings, and public festivals. Specific services will be detailed in the agreement between Bedaززled and the Client.

4. Booking and Payment

Booking: A booking is confirmed only when the Client receives a written confirmation from Bedaززled.

Payment Terms: Payment terms will be outlined in the agreement. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest at a rate specified in the agreement.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Client Cancellation: Cancellations by the Client must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the terms specified in the agreement.

Company Cancellation: Bedaززled reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the Client.

6. Changes to Services

Any changes to the services requested by the Client must be made in writing and may incur additional charges. Bedaززled will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such changes but cannot guarantee the fulfilment of all requests.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that all necessary arrangements, permits, and permissions are in place for the event. The Client must also comply with all local laws and regulations.

8. Your Representations and Warranties

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into an agreement with Bedaززled.
• All information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete.
• You will comply with all laws, regulations, and these Terms and Conditions.
• You have obtained all necessary permissions and consents required for the event.

9. Liability

Limitation of Liability: Bedaززled shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Bedaززled harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the Client's breach of these terms or negligence.

10. VAT and Tax Information

Bedaززled is a VAT-registered company. Our VAT registration number (TRN) is 104312959000003. Invoices issued by Bedaززled will include a 5% VAT charge as required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the materials and content provided by Bedaززled remain the property of Bedaززled. The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use such materials for the duration of the event.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the agreement and not to use it for any purpose other than fulfilling their obligations under the agreement.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

14. Amendments

Bedaززled reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
